de agua potable<\/strong> para consumo humano requiere de una perspectiva amplia y pr\u00e1ctica de los lideres responsables&nbsp; en la administraci\u00f3n del recurso y sus respectivo mantenimiento en las redes hidr\u00e1ulicas, instalaciones de captaci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y potabilizaci\u00f3n, la construcci\u00f3n y la explotaci\u00f3n de instalaciones de agua potable, as\u00ed como la gesti\u00f3n administrativa, todo esto para garantizar&nbsp;
